3. User Account
To place an order, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities under your account are your responsibility.
4. Order Placement and Payments
Orders must be placed through our website.
Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
We accept payment through secure gateways, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
5. Order Processing and Delivery
Processing time varies depending on the nature of the order and quantity.
Delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout and are subject to external courier services.
Print Professionals will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customization and Content Submission
Clients must provide accurate and print-ready content, including designs, text, and images.
Print Professionals is not responsible for any errors, including typos, design flaws, or incorrect content, in the submitted material.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
Refunds are processed only for canceled orders or defective products.
Due to the custom nature of printing, refunds or reprints for client-provided design errors will not be entertained.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Print Professionals.
Clients retain ownership of their uploaded designs but grant Print Professionals a license to use them for order fulfillment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Print Professionals will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Maximum liability will be limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
