At WedoPrints, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since most of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer, please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the design approval and printing process begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Customized and personalized products are not eligible for cancellation after approval.
2. Return Policy
As our products are custom printed, returns are generally not accepted except in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Manufacturing defect

Printing error caused by WedoPrints
Returns will not be accepted for:

Customer-approved design errors

Spelling mistakes provided by the customer

Color variations within industry standards

Change of mind after order confirmation
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be approved only if:

The product is damaged during delivery.

The product delivered is different from the order placed.

There is a verified manufacturing or printing defect.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, WedoPrints may offer a replacement product if:

The product is damaged.

The wrong product is delivered.
-
A printing error has occurred from our side.
5. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
