3. Custom Printing
Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, text, and design files.
WedoPrints is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before printing.
Colors displayed on digital screens may vary slightly from the final printed product.
4. Production and Delivery
Production timelines may vary depending on product type and order quantity.
Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
Once the printing process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Custom printed products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6. Refund and Replacement
Refunds or replacements are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
WedoPrints reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving refunds or replacements.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure they have the legal rights to use any logos, trademarks, images, or content submitted for printing.
WedoPrints shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided content.
8. Limitation of Liability
WedoPrints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
